I invite you to the Mindfulness, Movement and Music 12-week course.
If you feel you need support and would like to learn
how to deal with stress/ be more relaxed, I encourage you to participate in these sessions,
You will learn how to make friends with your emotions & feel more grounded in your body. You will also learn about mindfulness, meditation and movement. Each session is about 1hr15min every week.
